We like to develop a thorough understanding of all of our projects during the pre-construction period.

Our experienced estimating and design teams offer advice early on in terms of construction methods and finishes.

Samples can be provided to give clients an opportunity to see their product finish prior to production.

We are happy to attend pre-tender meetings and design discussions.

Structural Concrete

Most of our products are delivered UK wide and on flat bed articulated lorries.

We also have the option of using smaller vehicles with hiab offload if and when the client requires.

Delivery sequences are agreed with the client to coincide with production to ensure just in time deliveries. This reduces waiting time on site as well as storage issues thereby reducing costs.

Once designs are approved for manufacture, we provide our customers with our production programme to ensure we meet site delivery requirements.

Our skilled and experienced manufacturing team create moulds, fix steel reinforcement, batch concrete and quality check works prior to delivery.

We can offer an installation service for most of our products.

All of our installation teams are trained and experienced in handling and installing precast concrete products.

Detailed method statements along with Risk/COSHH Assessments and Test/Inspection Plans are provided to clients for approval prior to work commencing on-site.

We are accredited with the Quality Management System ISO9001. Its processes cover all aspects of the product cycle from initial enquiry through to delivery of goods.
