CCP can supply sprayed GRC units which will have the same appearance as reconstituted stone units, but as units are only typically 10mm thick, thay are much lighter than reconstituted stone alternatives. The glass fibre has a tensile strength over three times stronger than steel fibre.

GRC provides significant advantages where weight is a critical factor both in terms of its impact on the structural frame and where access is limited and more lightweight units are required.

CCP also produce poured GRC units which can be typically used as permanent formwork, channels or pontoon decks filled with expanded polystyrene.
