By precasting elements of an insitu concrete frame, contract periods can be reduced dramatically, thereby saving costs.
Furthermore, units will be made in factory controlled conditions, thereby ensuring that the necessary quality control is present.
CCP are in a position to manufacture any elements that would be required, but predominantly these would be precast stairs and landings, shear walls, lift shaft sections, suspended beams and column sections.
This system enables large commercial savings in falsework that would be required in a traditional insitu method.
